I want to send a gift to someone. Do you gift wrap presents?
Yes, we do. We will gift wrap your present and send it together with a personalized message from you. Simply note "gift wrapping" at details page upon checkout. There is a small fee of P75 which includes a personalized Baby leaf gift wrapper and a gift card. The charge is per order.
I need some assistance before purchasing. How can I contact you?
We are more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have about our products. Alternately, you may need assistance to select a gift for a special person. Please either email us, SMS or use our Contact Form to ask any questions. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
How can I redeem voucher or coupon codes?
From time to time, voucher/coupon codes may be issued to customers as a promotion. During the checkout process you will have an opportunity to input your code to obtain the relevant discount. The revised total should be reflected in the final total. Vouchers/coupons are not to be used in conjunction with other offers (including other vouchers/coupons) and are not valid during storewide sales unless specifically stated to be valid.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
We ask that you wait 2-3 days from the date you were advised your order was shipped before querying it, as sometimes couriers experience delays. Please contact us if tracking the item and/or checking with the courier does not give you a satisfactory result.
Will my personal details be kept private?
We respect your privacy and ensure that any details you provide are used strictly only to process your order. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
Products purchased from Baby Leaf should arrive in excellent condition and working order. We will gladly issue a refund or exchange an item if it arrives in a faulty condition. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a description of the problem. Please contact us before returning the item with a description of the issue and let us know if you would like to return or exchange the item. Please wait for our reply before returning the product. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return or exchange of items in cases where the customer has had a change of mind or the product is unsuitable for their use for personal reasons.
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
No, we currently only ship our products in the Philippines.
